Bartz Barbecue is a barbecue pop-up catering business that services many of the breweries located in Los Angeles California. We specialize in Central Texas Style BBQ. Our focus is making the best smoked brisket and pulled pork in the Los Angeles area. All our meat is smoked over white post oak for 12-16 hours. We have a large range of sides we also prepare that are all in house made. We only use Prime Angus Beef for our brisket and don't add any artificial ingredients to our sides. We even make our own ketchup we use in our sauce.
