Juun Dai'Re, a Creole descended from Louisiana, was raised in Los Angeles, but always had a passion for the roots of home southern cooking. He has spent 10years on his craft preparing and creating those great dishes of the city-south with a devine touch from the hands of a fine jazz pianist.
He has taken that touch and incorporated it into some of the finest and authentic Creole cooking on this side of Los Angeles. He took his cusine cooking to the next level with his appreciation for herbs and spices mingled of course, with that touch of tomatoe, combined with bell pepper, celery and onions being cooked in a roux, and your choice of andouille sausage, seafood or chicken. It is comfort food from the heart.
