CHX Sandwiches food truck is a Los Angeles-based food truck serving up fried chicken sandwiches that hit hard—with flavor, crunch, and flair. Founded in 2025, we're a student-run, independently owned operation on a mission to make LA's best chicken sandwich, one perfectly crispy bite at a time. We keep things simple but never basic. Our menu is small and intentional, featuring a few signature sandwiches with big personalities. From the tangy yuzu ranch on the Venice to the sweet gochujang glaze on the K-Town, every component is chosen for a reason—and every sandwich is made to order, straight from the fryer and hot off the grill.
