Originally from the South, the Smokehouse BBQ brings Texas and Carolina pit style barbecue to Los Angeles . Our menu includes juicy beef brisket, baby back ribs, chicken and short ribs (just to name a few). We believe that you should taste the meat so nothing is slathered in sauce. Instead, our “dipping sauces” will tantalize your buds by accentuating the flavors of our crafted rubs. We specialize in pop-ups, food truck events, and private, corporate & studio catering.
