Looking for a taste of the South in the heart of Portland? Look no further than Mississippi's Delta BBQ food truck! Our mouthwatering menu is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Mississippi Delta region, known for its delicious BBQ and soul food.
Sink your teeth into our tender and juicy pulled pork, slow-smoked to perfection and served with our signature tangy BBQ sauce. Or try our succulent ribs, coated in a dry rub and smoked to melt-in-your-mouth perfection. And no BBQ meal is complete without our famous mac and cheese, made with a blend of creamy cheeses and topped with crispy breadcrumbs.
But we don't stop at just BBQ. Our menu also features classic Southern dishes like fried catfish, collard greens, and cornbread. And for those with a sweet tooth, be sure to try our homemade peach cobbler or banana pudding.
At Mississippi's Delta BBQ, we pride ourselves on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create authentic and flavorful dishes. Our friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere will transport you to the streets of the Mississippi Delta, where good food and good company are always in abundance.
