The Satay Hut food truck is a popular mobile eatery in the Phoenix area that specializes in delicious and authentic Southeast Asian cuisine. Smoor KipFresh chicken thighs braised/slow cooked in kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce) and spices. Served over steamed rice, topped with scallions with a side of sambal goreng (a truck-made crispy chip topping)
Bali BurgerAngus ground beef infused with Indonesian flavors - hand-pressed and flame grilled. Topped with our signature spicy peanut sauce and sambal goreng (truck-made crispy chip topping). Served on a lightly toasted brioche bun
