Satay Our satay is made from fresh hand-cut meats marinated for several hours in Kecap Manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce) and spices to make it full of flavor. It’s skewered and flame grilled right on the truck!

Smoor KipFresh chicken thighs braised/slow cooked in kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce) and spices. Served over steamed rice, topped with scallions with a side of sambal goreng (a truck-made crispy chip topping)
