House Smoked Meats We offer Tri Tip, Pulled Pork, Chicken Breast, St Louis Ribs, Bratwurst, Rib Tips, and more. We smoke daily and run out often!

Seattle Viking- Onions, pickled cherry pepper, cream cheese, brown mustard, all beef frank, sadie rose bun.

Viking Corn Dog- All beef frank, hand dipped in sweet corn batter and fried to perfection.

Veggie Dogs available, served with Fries or coleslaw.
Sausage Catering Odin- Smoked Bratwurst, braised red cabbage, fennel sauerkraut, grilled cheddar, brown mustard, viking ketchup.

Loki- Hot polish sausage, jalapeño relish, grilled cheddar, viking ketchup, brown mustard, sriracha hot sauce.

Thunder Dog- Smoked Bratwurst, beef chorizo chili, sour cream, viking ketchup, 3 cheese blend.
