About Pimp My Tacos

Husband and wife team Erika and Juan M. spent years saving up the money to open up their very own food truck. Their time and effort are much appreciated by hungry residents across Orange County, CA. Now, Erika and Juan serve Golden State citizens a bounty of Mexican and American cuisine packed with powerful flavors perfect for those looking to amp up their lunch hour.

You can feast on loads of tacos and quesadillas from a taco chock-full of buttered shrimp drizzled in chipotle aioli to a burrito jam-packed with rice, beans, cheese, and your choice of richly marinated meats. Or, if you’re hankering for some old-fashioned American food, try a juicy hamburger suited up with all the standard fixings plus a generous dose of Thousand Island dressing. Getting hungry?
