About Sol Agave
Our dream began in late 2014, long before we became the "Best Mexican Restaurant in San Juan Capistrano”. It began inside a 17 foot food truck with the burning desire to change the way guests perceived food truck cuisine. Chef Manny and I have always believed that Mexican food should be MORE! More complex, modern, enjoyable and healthier for our bodies.
And so our journey began, what started as our dream, has now become our destiny. After three short years, we look back and are amazed on how much we have accomplished. When people ask us what our secret is, our response is always the same. God has truly blessed us! We would not be here with out His guidance and our friends and families prayers.
