About Cheez'd and Confuzed

Former medical student turned restauranteur, Daniel Ray, never intended to make grilled cheeses until the fateful day his wife convinced him to enter the Grilled Cheese Festival in Atlanta. Daniel had always been passionate about food, and had plenty of experience in the industry, so his next step was obvious: launch a food truck.



His grilled cheese business, Cheez'd and Confuzed, has been a huge success with signature sandwiches like the scrumptious BBQ grilled cheese known as the Up In Smoke.
