The “Boujee” Picnic: Taking our back yard southern picnics to the next level! Smoked pulled brisket, sassy slaw with a drizzle of bbq sauce. Stacked tall on our fried gouda grit cakes

. The Coastal: Enjoy the flavors of summer with our deconstructed shrimp boil! Grilled shrimp, roasted corn, andouille sausage, baby red potatoes & fresh sliced lemons tossed in our "Gaston Street" seasoning mix and served with our original fried grit cakes. Topped off with our "Old Bay" Mayo (Gluten Free without grit cakes/ vegan/ vegetarian without the protein)

The Bayou Catch: Lightly breaded catfish, chicken or shrimp fried crowned with our signature take on Maque Choux—a classic Cajun medley of sweet summer corn, diced green and red bell peppers, and onions, all gently simmered in a rich, house-made cream sauce served with our fried gouda grit cake.
