First up we have Hesher BBQ Food Truck at Launch pad brewery from 2-9pm, for a fun night out with food and dinks for everyone. Next up we have J Street Food Truck at Colorado Tap House from 12-8pm with a 'from scratch' menu section made with fresh ingredients every day. Finally there's 2 Salty Sarges Food Truck at Dry Dock Brewery at 3pm, run by two retired army vets who take pride in everything they do, they advertise their truck as more than a place to grab dinner or a bit to eat, it's a place try new dishes created with local ingredients.
