ChivitoChivito is the national dish of Uruguay, It is a thin slice of tender cooked beef steak (churrasco), with hot grilled mozzarella, red peppers, tomatoes, mayonnaise, green olives, and perfectly crispy bacon and grilled ham, served in a perfect also grilled bun, you can also add French fries.\n
Choripan sausage popular in Argentina and Uruguay. ingredients: a grilled chorizo (sausage) and a pan (crusty bread) such as a marraqueta, baguette with mayo, lettuce and tomatoes served with our famous home made Argentinian chimichurry.
LA Style Hot Dogs100% beef hot dogs wrapped in crispy beacon, grilled onions & peppers all this served on a perfect toasted bun with your choise of ketchup, mayo or mustard.
TacosOur fresh gourmet tacos are cooked to order. Your choise of asada or chicken, we grilled the meats while the corn tortilla turns gold and melts the cheese we put on top of it. At the end we serve it with fresh pico de gallo and your choise of gree.n or red spicy sauce
