Ohana Hibachi is a food truck based in Los Angeles focused on serving the highest quality Japanese cuisine. Our menu is inspired by our chefs’ diverse culinary backgrounds and the fresh ingredients available in the area. Ohana means family and Ohana Hibachi aims to treat all guests like family with every dish they serve. Hibachi translates to “fire bowl” and we incorporate hibachi style by firing our proteins on a hot grill and cooking all of our food to order.

JIDORI CHICKENJidori chicken breast marinated in our Ohana umami mix for 48 hours. Fired to perfection on our hibachi.
TOFU PLATE (V)Gluten-free Yakitori marinated organic firm tofu. Grilled to a great char and color on our hibachi. Try the Black Goma Ginger.
PORK BELLY MISOTender and crispy slow roasted pork belly served with a Citrus Ohana salsa and topped with a miso caramel sauce.
JUMBO SHRIMP PLATEJumbo shrimp grilled with the shell on to seal in the natural flavor. Deveined for an easy peel. Try our Creamy Garlic Soy.
WILD CAUGHT SALMON PLATEWild-caught salmon pan seared for beautiful texture and flavor.
KALBI PLATE72-hour marinated bone in short ribs fired on the hibachi for a nice char and served with a Kalbi glaze.
VEGGIE KUSHIYAKI PLATE (V)Sweet Maui onion, zucchini, and shiitake mushroom skewers, grilled on the hibachi with our gluten-free Yakitori sauce.
