Here at Pangea Food Truck, Chef Jackie is cooking some of her favorite dishes from around the world, exploring different cultures and cuisines in one place. Chef Jackie is putting her own West Coast Eclectic flare to diverse dishes, using seasonally influenced and locally sourced produce.

West Coast Rice BowlA bed a fluffy rice topped with seasoned black beans covered with our garlic tahini sauce, topped with cucumber’s, hearts of Palm, tomatoes, olives, avocado pickled onions and a poblano-sesame zhoug sauce.

Bacon Jam BurgerOur homemade patties that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Covered in melted cheese and topped with bacon jam, pickled onions, tomato slices, shredded lettuce and our chipotle lime aioli served on a toasted brioche bun and fries.
Shrimp & GritsCheesy grits topped with smokey bacon, and grilled shrimp blended with aromatic sofrito and a roasted poblano vinaigrette topped with pickled onions.

No Shrimp Option: Order without shrimp and extra bacon.
No Protein Option: Order with extra veggies and no meat.
Mediterranean BowlThe best of both worlds! Our Mediterranean Bowls come with a scoop of rice, Greek salad, our house made falafel balls, tzatziki sauce, baba ganoush and a drizzle of delicious garlic tahini sauce. All of the favorites in one bowl.
