Pirates Bistro is a gourmet food truck started by Justin Carroll, Mike Carroll, and Thomas Turnette. Its primary menu will consist of gourmet sandwiches. Though this is the main menu, Pirates Bistro is capable of doing anything from Sushi to Mediterranean. Justin is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef. He has worked as head chef in such places as Dana Point Yacht Club, the Turnip Rose, and the San Clemente Tennis Club to name a few. Thomas Turnette has been his right hand in the kitchen as well as in their band The Skeeviez. They have been friends since adolescents and bring a refreshing, fun, and innovative atmosphere to their food and to their business.
