StopBye Café is a family owned business serving Indonesian Fusion cuisine on wheels base in LA/OC since 2016. We infuse the flavors of 'Spice Island' (Indonesia) into a number of our dishes! We prepare fresh, savory entrees using exotic spices from around the world. Our spices and condiments incorporate local produce and international and local ingredients, such as galangal, turmeric, lemongrass, white pepper and Szechuan peppercorn as well as other regional spices which reflect the travels and work experiences of owners Tom & Justin.
