About Vchos

Vchos (vee-chos) Noun plural of vcho a slang word used in central America meaning young people actually spelled bichos.

Chef Wendy is an El Salvador native. In El Salvador, she mastered the traditional cooking of Central America. Wendy arrived in Los Angeles by way of numerous restaurants in Las Vegas convincing her that L.A. would be most conducive to her country’s traditional food with a modern twist. Since her move to L.A. Chef Wendy has not only been filling the gap in the market, but translating her country’s traditional flavors into the mainstream the VCHOS (young people) in Los Angeles are used to.
