VICTORY SHAWARMA ✌️a Mediterranean middle eastern FLAVOR-BOMB on wheels! Our Co owner/Chef FADI has spices and herbs in his veins. Established in 1965, FADI was born into his Palestinian restaurant family in Kuwait. After migrating to Jordan, Chef FADI brought his vision to the US while still a teen. At the core of our menu is our succulent, SHAWARMA, marinated in our proprietary blend of Middle Eastern spices and made solely with Halal meats. Whether beef, chicken or lamb, our mission is to help SHAWARMA become a staple in the American culinary vernacular as the cheese burger pizza or taco. We strive to create the most flavorful and craveable dishes by applying the latest culinary techniques to our authentic recipes, all cultivated from decades of dedication and love for our craft.
