Dave's illustrious career as a chef was punctuated with his graduation from the University of Massachusetts. Together with his wife Mary who graduated from Indiana University and specializes in event planning, this dynamic duo offers juicy smoked beef brisket, BBQ pulled pork, ribs, mac n cheese, kale slaw, beans and bacon, and all sorts of homemade baked goods. Dave and his team pride themselves on using fresh homemade ingredients and for providing fast and friendly service every time, which is probably why they took home the 2017 Best of Golden Award in the restaurants category. When they’re not feeding the masses at the biggest events around (including Taste of Colorado, Summerfest, the Evergreen Rodeo and many others) they’re equipped and ready to bring their mouthwatering BBQ straight to you.
