About Sauvage
Sauvage is the passion project of Chef Forest Ragar. Starting as primarily plant-based and recently shifting towards including more local, quality animal products, Sauvage has something for everyone at the table!
Drawing on local Colorado-grown, (partnered with Miller Farms) fresh ingredients, we changing the game from what folks would normally find in traditional Cajun kitchens! A Louisiana-native, with a passion for developing new flavors, and serving the community, we know how to enjoy what we do in the kitchen, using the best ingredients and rotating the menu regularly!
