After catering to the crowds of the Pioneer Valley for over 25 years, Betsy & Jimmy Tarr are using their collective expertise to bring the first bistro on four wheels to the Denver streets. Now their fans can swing by anytime to enjoy their favorite fusion cuisine!

Their craveable selection includes a few amazing dishes, including the Asian Chicken Sandwich with crispy Thai slaw & scrumptious peanut sauce, Asian fusion tacos filled with your choice of tasty protein, and the Grilled Cheese on a Ciabatta roll with tender BBQ pulled pork, caramelized onions, and pepper jack cheese for the perfect kick.
