About The Farmer in the Hive
Chef Stacia Hazlett was always passionate about food, travel, and bees, so when she built her boutique food truck in order to feed people, travel, and educate about honey bees, it was only natural that success follow. Farmer in the Hive has become a staple of the Denver, CO food scene ever since, serving up locally sourced, mindful meals since 2016.
There’s a lot of farm-to-table freshness going on throughout the Farmer in the Hive menu, with options for both meat-eaters and veggie-heads. Activate the slow-roasted pork or elk sliders if you’re a carnivore, or get after the green farmer hummus bowl or artichoke goat cheese flatbreads if you’re keeping it green. Gyros, coconut shrimp, and lamb koftas are on offer as well, so you’ve got more than a few options. And the best part? They cater. Book Farmer in the Hive to hold things down at your next event.
