At any event where we serve up our freshly made pizzas, you can be sure that there's been some serious planning and preparation taking place! Our amazing dough recipe is created using a slow-rising sourdough starter, before it's left to proof for 24-48 hours. Although that does mean our pizzas take a little bit longer to make, it helps us achieve an incredible crust which we think is totally worth the wait. Oh, and let's not forget about the sauce! Every pizza is made with its own batch of tomato sauce that's prepared onsite with select tomatoes, herbs and fresh basil.
