Java Journey was started by a foodie who found herself in a new adventure. Having spent a decade as a police officer and given ample room to meander, she found herself in a new station in life: single motherhood. She quit the force to pursue a literary degree, working hard to become an English teacher. But even this wasn't enough for this wanderer, as she missed serving her community. Thus, Java Journey is the culmination of a life well spent, and continues to grow by providing a cuppa at every turn. Go for simplicity with a cup of brewed coffee or tea, or get a handcrafted espresso drink; Java Journey's got creamy cappucinos and sweet lattes with your choice of syrup including caramel, cherry, chocolate, cinnamon and coconut, not to mention blended drinks. Track 'em down in Dallas, or have 'em out to cater. Either way, it's sure to be an eye opening experience, in more ways than one.
