About Paratta

Paratta is giving everyone in Los Angeles, CA the delicious opportunity to sample exotic cuisines all the way from India by way of food truck. An unmissable experience, if we're being honest. Here, they're introducing everyone to desi street food culture with a menu designed around that flaky, buttery paratha, wrapping up a whole lot of goodness inside.

At Paratta, they're committed to quality at every turn. Which is why they're using the freshest quality ingredients, including 100% halal-certified meat, in each and every meal. Wrap your hands around one of their signature kuch rolls stuffed with the likes of tender chicken marinated overnight in yogurt, green chili, cilantro and spices, or sink your teeth into 100% grass fed wagyu beef live grilled on a skewer. They've even got colorful additions to amp up the flavor ten fold, including a variety of chutneys, and we'd be remiss not to mention their sides including aloo, pyaas and gobi. Oh, and you should definitely get a glass of their lassi. Really, it's all good at Paratta, so why wait? Find 'em in LA, or have 'em cater your next event. Trust us. They won't disappoint.
